Enjoy an afternoon of joyful Canadian-Asian folk tales, sharing our unique experiences in songs performed by Ginalina and Vancouver Chinese Music Ensemble. We are very excited to present, a modern collection of Asian fusion-folk songs. It will be a musical journey that’s both familiar and foreign much like many of our stories.

A Tale of Pipa
The project will mark the first ever collaboration between the Vancouver Chinese Music Ensemble and the Vashaan Ensemble which specializes in Persian music, and will feature renowned pipa performer Ling Yang and legendary singer Lili Lau

A Contemporary chamber opera of a five-hundred-year-old love story that spanned across cultures, space and time - Featuring Lili Lau and William Liu
